Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are received and processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends.

  • All orders are shipped from Pingree Grove, Illinois.

  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you via UPS or USPS.

  • All other U.S. states: 2–8 business days

Dahab Aromas is not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.


Damaged Orders

In case your order arrives damaged, please provide:

  • Clear images of:

    • The outer shipping box

    • The product packaging

    • Any visible damage or leaks

Photo documentation is required to file a replacement or refund claim.
We use protective packaging to minimize such incidents, but if it happens, reach out with images for fast support.
