Refund Policy – Dahab Aromas
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day, excluding weekends.

All orders are shipped from Pingree Grove, Illinois.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via UPS or USPS.

Other U.S. states: 2–8 business days
We are not responsible for theft once a package is marked “delivered” to the address provided during checkout.
Damaged Items

📸 We cannot process refund/replacement claims without photographic documentation.
We use secure packaging to prevent damage, but if an issue arises, we are happy to help resolve it quickly.
Wholesale Policy

Minimum Order Quantity: 12 units (for high-end items)

Shipping Costs: Customer is responsible; costs will be communicated after the order is placed

Returns & Exchanges: All wholesale sales are final; no returns or exchanges

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, all sales are final.
We only accept returns or exchanges if the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue in order for us to assist.
We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse or improper storage, and we are not liable for shipping delays or carrier-related issues once the order has been handed over to the shipping provider.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Lost, Unclaimed, or Rejected Packages

Shipping charges are non-refundable in these cases unless the error was ours.
